ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Perform analyses of investment opportunities, including creating and running financial models.
  • Support Corporate M&A team, Country Managers in successfully driving acquisition processes and find and purpose suitable targets. First years focused on Greece Market.
  • Support project management and execution of acquisitions, from screening and analysis up to signing and closing.
  • Coordinate legal, financial and tax due diligence activities that are performed by external advisors.
  • Prepare investment proposals to the company’s Investment Committee or Board of Directors.

The ideal candidate should possess 5-10 years of M&A experience, acquired within Corporate Finance or Transaction Services of the Big Four or multinational corporations, along with Big Four experience. They must demonstrate very strong modelling and financial accounting knowledge, coupled with project management skills and proven execution capabilities. A Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar field is required, as well as fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken), with additional languages being advantageous. Proficiency in the MS Office Package is essential, alongside a robust business acumen and financial understanding. The candidate should exhibit proven project management and implementation skills, along with strong interpersonal and communication abilities. A structured and mature personality, aligned with Diaverum's values, is paramount.

In addition to the aforementioned requisites, candidates with healthcare experience would be considered favourably, particularly those with PnL responsibility and international exposure gained through living, studying, or working in other countries. This additional expertise underscores a holistic understanding of the industry and enhances the candidate's adaptability to diverse environments, aligning well with the organization's global outlook and commitment to excellence.
