Diaverum is hiring this role to take over the office management for a digital business unit that develops a holiday dialysis booking engine, in Athens (Greece). This is a great opportunity for a collaborative, dynamic and autonomous person with the ability to learn fast, thrive and work in a fast-moving environment.

 

This role will work closely with the local teams to ensure the effective support of our employees in our office in Greece. The day-to-day work of this role will support all stages of the employee lifecycle including delivery of employee onboarding, administrative and facility tasks, with specific focus on:

 

1.- Facility Management:

§ Alarm instructions – contact person for alarm and the facility

§ Admin of building access areas.

§ Practical information to staff

§ Fault reporting of facilities and machines

§ Support in case of transfer of the business to new offices

2.- Office Supplies:

§ Mobile Subscriptions and admin.

§ Replenish all office and kitchen supplies e.g pens, paper, notebooks, milk, tea, sugar etc.

§ Invoices

§ Phones, Stationery, office equipment

§ Post, goods received, in-outgoing mail and couriers, packages etc.

3.- Travel management:

§ Administration of management travel and meeting arrangements.

§ Hotel bookings for visitors

4.-Liaison with Suppliers (internal & external):

§ Office Supplier Agreements.

§ Collaboration and Network with all service providers in association with the office premises e.g: Proprietors, Security Alarm and Passage systems, caretakers, etc.

§ Onboarding of new employees, introduction programs, first day: emergency exits, printers, office supplies etc.

5.-Contracts administration.

 

We are looking for someone with native Greek and command of written and spoken English. We value additional languages spoken in any other Diaverum country. We are looking for someone with at least two years of previous experience in customer service, administration or similar.
