Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care in the clinic's various care settings
- Intervene based on the best scientific evidence, ensuring the implementation of quality standards
- Document nursing interventions in a timely manner
- Promote patient autonomy, patient and family empowerment, and treatment adherence
- Communicate effectively with the patient and family
- Participate in and promote actions aimed at coordinating different levels of healthcare
- Actively participate in continuous improvement processes within their professional sphere
- Record incidents
- Promote and participate in national or international research programs and projects
- Collaborate in the training and skills development of other professionals
- Participate in the management and organization of the nursing team's work
- Solve care and organizational issues

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid professional license in Portugal
- With or without experience in dialysis techniques
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English
- Knowledge of quality systems
- Personal Competencies: Initiative; Critical thinking; Decision-making; Communication; Conflict management and Teamwork
