We are looking for a Dialysis Support Worker (m/f) to join our Amadora clinic.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the nursing team in delivering patient care;
• Prepare and ensure the proper conditions for treatment rooms and clinical activities;
• Assist and support patients throughout their time at the clinic;
• Ensure the cleaning, disinfection and organisation of clinical equipment and materials in accordance with established procedures;
• Replenish and manage clinical supplies and consumables required for daily operations;
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming and patient-centred environment.

Requirements:

• Healthcare Assistant qualification or similar healthcare-related training (preferred);
• Previous experience in healthcare settings;
• Availability to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons and nights);
• Team-oriented mindset;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
