⚡ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the corporate team 🌍 you will drive the global HR Operations transformation in a multicultural environment by coordinating Technical SMEs, supporting HR teams and management worldwide, and contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of global processes in collaboration with local teams and Global Process Owners ✅, this is an exciting opportunity.
Reporting to the HR Global Director, this role is based in any of the European countries in which we are operating (With a strong preference in Hungary, Spain or Portugal) and requires 10% of traveling.
The responsibilities of the position will be as follows:
- 💡 Serve as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors modules - the 2nd level point of contact for system needs - and resolve issues with local HR Admins and Global HR System Specialists/Technical SMEs.
- 🚀 Collaborate regularly with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance SuccessFactors modules and standardize processes.
- ⚖ Lead the implementation of new SuccessFactors features, system integrations, system updates and user testing.
- 📊 Collaborate with local HR teams to continuously find ways to enhance process efficiency, and HR data accuracy & consistency in multiple countries.
- 🛠 Support integration projects – Eg: Employee Central with local payroll, AD etc.
- 🔍 Investigate user problems to reduce the number of support issues and improve Employee satisfaction regarding our HR systems.
- 👥 Support HR Teams with their questions, concerns and requests regarding system functionality, reporting, and mass uploads.
- 🤝 Coordinate SME on a daily basis.
- ⚙️ Manage configuration changes in the system as needed.
- 📈 Monitor and test change requests, SAP updates.
- 📚 Provide Trainings, prepare training materials for Admins and Employees.
💡 ABOUT YOU
You hold a Bachelor’s degree 🎓 and bring over 5 years of administrative and consultancy experience in various SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Platform (with Position and Permission management), Compensation, LMS, Onboarding 2.0, Recruitment, and PMGM 💼. You have a solid background in HR systems implementation and integration 🔗, along with a general understanding of HR and Payroll processes and the ability to translate business needs into system change requests 🔍. Your experience includes gathering business requirements, analysing processes, developing reports, conducting system tests, and creating documentation 📝. You are detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 🧠, and you thrive in virtual, cross-border team environments 🌍. With excellent client service, communication, and presentation skills—even with top management—you adapt well to change and meet deadlines with ease ⏱️. You are advanced in MS Excel 📊, self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn 🚀, and carry a strong sense of accountability. You also have experience coordinating teams 🤝 and are fluent in business English.
