This role is located in Hungary, with hybrid work and approximately 10% travel.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of HR Systems and Data and is part of the global Human Resources function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors modules, with an initial focus on Employee Central 💼
  • Act as the second-level point of contact for SuccessFactors system needs and resolve issues with local HR Admins and the Service Centre Team 🛠
  • Provide support for large data modifications and ensure data accuracy across all countries 📊
  • Manage global HR reporting requests and develop reports for local and global KPI processes 📈
  • Support the implementation of new SuccessFactors features, system updates, and user testing 💻
  • Gather HR data from multiple sources, analyse it, and consolidate findings 📋
  • Document processes and workflows, and prepare training materials for Admins and Employees 📝

 

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree and possesses at least 1 year of administrative experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience with the Time off feature or integration is advantageous. You should have a keen eye for detail coupled with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, along with outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, and client service skills. We're looking for self-motivated individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability. Additionally, being comfortable working with cross-border teams in a virtual environment is crucial. Fluency in Business English is essential for effective communication across our global team.
