At Diaverum Integrated Back Office Function (IBOF), we are looking for a skilled and motivated IBOF P2P Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the sustainability and harmonization of the P2P organization while driving excellence across our operations.
The IBOF team is responsible for the timely and accurate transaction entry processing supporting various Diaverum Country Operations. The IBOF roles are responsible for collecting, processing, consolidating data in order to deliver relevant, timely and accurate Management and Reporting information.
About the Role
The IBOF P2P Manager will ensure P2P organization sustainability. Harmonize and maintain the standardized work across the teams under responsibility. Communicate company goals, processes, practices, and deadlines to team. Motivate team members and assesses performance. Provide help to management, including new hires and training, and keep management updated on organization performance, while safeguarding the company’s internal controls as well as complying with local regulations. Actively participate / coordinate / support new implementations.
Key responsibilities:
✔ Leadership
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating P2P organization goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Maintain the right talent engagement and recruitment strategy within P2P organization
- Establish and maintain the performance evaluation mechanism of the P2P organization
- Ensure service level goals are met across the P2P teams
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Organize projects and tasks across the P2P teams
- Support and guide the P2P Team leaders & team members
✔Accounting
- Maintain service quality review mechanism across P2P field, through regular meetings, reviews, performance reports.
- Establish and maintain the month end closing controls and reconciliation tasks
- Participation in the complex troubleshooting cases
- Supervise the process design of new processes to be implemented
- Actively participate / coordinate / support new country implementations
✔Training and Knowledge building
- Sustain the P2P teams learning and development mechanism
- Constantly follows the role related professional guidelines
- Coordinate the testing and the setup of new projects, processes of IBOF
✔General Principles
- Perform the work which he/she is responsible for with professionalism, conscientiousness and the utmost care in accordance with the instruction of the Supervisors.
- Use all tools and equipment owned by Diaverum as intended and with maximum care.
- Respect the Hygiene, Safety and fire regulations and all other Diaverum internal regulations.
- Required to keep the business information that he/she become aware of with high confidentiality.
- Comply with the health and ethical standards.
✔Other Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor the role related process improvement possibilities.
- Keeping up-to-date role related process descriptions and manuals.
- Participate in the training process of the new team members.
- Keep contact with other departments, stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Proactively coordinate and resolve issues arising related to the role.
- Participate in the annual and ad-hoc external and internal audits.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly or ad-hoc reports and statistics.
- Participate in other tasks requested by the Supervisors.
About you
You have a degree in finance or economics (🎓 IFRS knowledge is an advantage) and solid experience leading teams in the accounting field (💼), managing talent engagement, learning and development, as well as process standardization. You are fluent in English (🌍 additional languages are a plus) and stand out for your exceptional leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office tools 🔑. In this role, you will lead and motivate teams, ensure service quality, standardize processes, manage implementations, and promote continuous learning within the P2P organization, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and local regulations.
