About the role
Accounting Tasks
You will be responsible for precise master data management and entering invoices into the ERP system with attention to detail. You will prepare payment proposals for supplier invoices and execute month-end closing controls and reconciliation tasks. Additionally, you will handle booking manual journals and making corrections according to instructions. You will also take on any other accounting tasks requested by your supervisors.
Training Tasks
You will actively participate in role-related trainings and discussions. You will follow established professional guidelines and collaborate in testing and ad-hoc projects, ensuring that you apply what you learn in your daily work.
General Principles
You will perform your work with professionalism, dedication, and the utmost attention to detail. You will use Diaverum tools and equipment responsibly, respecting hygiene, safety, fire prevention, and internal company procedures. You will protect the confidentiality of business information and comply with health and ethical standards at all times.
Other Responsibilities
You will ensure timely processing of incoming invoices and foster collaboration with other departments, stakeholders, and external suppliers. You will proactively resolve issues related to your role and participate in audits, contributing to report preparation when necessary.
About You
You have 1–5 years of experience in an office and administrative environment. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating your ability to navigate and use these essential tools effectively. A degree in finance or economics is an advantage. You are fluent in English and Greek, which is a key requirement. You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, as well as numerical and problem-solving abilities. You either hold Hungarian nationality or a valid Hungarian work permit.
