Join our team at Diaverum as the Global Procurement Manager, where you will serve as the main interface for country and regional operations. Reporting directly to the VP Global Operational Excellence, you will play a pivotal role for matters Medical Routine Supply, PS and or other areas as assigned.

ABOUT YOU:

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • 📑 Act as the primary owner of all global supply documents, including policies, guidelines, and KPIs.
  • 🔄 Contribute to the development of processes and systems to enhance operational performance.
  • 🌐 Host the global product approval board for RS.
  • 🤝 Manage the supplier base and serve as the primary commercial interface for all Medical Routine Supply consumables.
  • 📊 Drive supplier selections through the RFI/RFQ process in collaboration with the VP Global Operational Excellence.
  • 🤝 Establish and maintain strong, strategic relationships with suppliers.
  • 📝 Oversee contract management to ensure compliance and performance tracking.
  • 💼 Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier projects as needed.
  • 📊 Present category strategies to internal stakeholders and participate in budget and strategic planning processes.
  • 📞 Coordinate monthly country calls to address concerns and communicate updates.
  • 🌿 Collaborate with the ESG department to evaluate suppliers.

  • 💰 Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions as delegated by the VP Global Operational Excellence.
  • 📜 Negotiate Frame Agreements as delegated by the VP Global Operational Excellence.

 

 

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate for this position should have a university degree or equivalent relevant work experience within the sector. Between 5 and 8 years of relevant experience are required. Additionally, a strong knowledge in the category area, including technology, negotiation, communication, and supplier management is essential. Leadership, networking, presentation, time management, and business skills are crucial. A strong understanding of the market and the company, as well as analytical and strategic thinking skills, will be valued. Moreover, the candidate should display strong qualities of ownership and commitment.
