Senior International Project Manager (Hungary- Hybrid)

 

Join our dynamic team as a Senior International Project Manager, leading two major strategic programs: our Digital Transformation Framework and an organisation-wide transformation initiative that drives operational improvements, innovation, and sustainable growth. In this role, you will work closely with business owners to shape concepts, define value, and guide initiatives from ideation to successful delivery—directly supporting our mission to provide life-enhancing renal care.

About the role

In this role, you will lead multiple international projects simultaneously, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives. You will assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements while structuring business cases and supporting value articulation for new initiatives. You will collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to secure project success, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution.

You will identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies, providing senior management with clear progress updates, KPIs, and actionable insights. You will also ensure that all projects comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. As a leader, you will mentor, guide, and inspire project teams to work collaboratively and perform at their highest level.

 

About You

You hold a degree in Finance, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. You bring more than eight years of experience in finance or business administration, including at least three years managing project portfolios within digitalization or transformation environments. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly valued.

You are confident managing complex projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities, and you bring strong expertise in project management and collaboration tools. You are highly competent in MS365 applications and communicate effectively in English. You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and thrive as a proactive team player.
