Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and visionary Clinic Manager to lead our Forest of Dean Dialysis Unit in collaboration with the NHS. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Forest Dialysis Unit with a relentless focus on patient care, ensuring every aspect of the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop, mentor, and empower your team of dedicated healthcare professionals, creating a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
- Ensure that patients are at the heart of everything we do – addressing their concerns with compassion and providing exceptional care that goes beyond expectations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service.
- Drive clinical excellence by continuously improving patient outcomes through best practices, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.
- Foster a culture of constant improvement, motivating your team to reach new heights in service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Manage resources, budgets, and supplies with an eye for efficiency, always aiming to optimise clinic performance without compromising on quality.
- Be a key player in our UK-wide Clinic Manager community, participating in our Clinic Manager Development Programme to grow both personally and professionally.
Qualifications and Experience: We are looking for someone with:
- A passion for patient care and the drive to make a meaningful impact.
- A registered nurse (NMC) qualification (renal experience is essential ).
- Proven experience in a managerial role within an acute healthcare setting, in renal care or dialysis.
- In-depth understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its importance in independent healthcare settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike.
- A commitment to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes.
