In this role, you'll work closely with our nursing team to provide compassionate, person-centred care that helps improve patients' quality of life. This is a Fixed Term contract covering maternity; contract duration likely to be around 12 months (is subject to possible change). 

What You'll Be Doing

Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining clean equipment following proper training.
• Preparing supplies and packs for treatment.
• Conducting health checks with patients before and after dialysis.
• Escorting patients to clinical and waiting areas.
• Serving refreshments during treatments.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caring, motivated individuals who are committed to delivering excellent patient care.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• GCSE-level education or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), with Level 3 desirable or a willingness to work towards it.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive, flexible, and patient-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A good standard of English and basic IT skills.

• Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.

• Monday to Saturday working pattern. No night shifts and no Sunday working.
• Competitive salary of up to £25,086, depending on relevant dialysis experience.
• Overtime paid at time and a half after full-time hours have been completed.
