Role: Main Accountabilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, selection).
- Organize and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Greek labor law.
- Handle ERGANI submissions, contracts, amendments, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Payroll & Time Management
- Collect and verify payroll data; liaise with payroll provider.
- Manage leaves, working hours, and digital work card requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and work climate.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate training programs.
HR Systems & Reporting
- Update HRIS
- Participate in process improvement and digitalization projects.
Culture & Values

Knowledge/Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in common role
• University degree within Human Resources Management or similar
• Knowledge of Greek Labor law & Ergani
• Fluent English knowledge
