Role: Main Accountabilities

 Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, selection).
  • Organize and implement onboarding programs for new hires.

 HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Greek labor law.
  • Handle ERGANI submissions, contracts, amendments, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Payroll & Time Management

  • Collect and verify payroll data; liaise with payroll provider.
  • Manage leaves, working hours, and digital work card requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and work climate.

 Learning & Development

  • Coordinate training programs.

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Update HRIS
  • Participate in process improvement and digitalization projects.

•         Be the role model for culture and values

 

Knowledge/Experience:

•         3-5 years of experience in common role

•         University degree within Human Resources Management or similar

•         Knowledge of Greek Labor law & Ergani

•         Fluent English knowledge
