About the Role:

 To lead the Clinic care delivery as unit, part of a cluster-based operating model, to ensure lifeenhancing renal care, deeply rooted in Diaverum’s True Care culture; Competence, Passion and Inspiration. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Performance – financial and clinical value
– Monitor and deliver patient volumes and treatment targets in line with budget and cluster growth plans.
– Ensure financial sustainability through disciplined budgeting and whole-team contribution in collaboration
with Head of Cluster as well as driving EBITDA goals and clinic margin through cost control, forecasting, and
efficient scheduling.

– Analyze IPPS scores and ensure clinical performance is contributing to both care and financial outcomes.

 

 Care Excellence – safe and patient centered care
– Ensure clinical excellence as per the clinical protocols and medical managements supported by d.IMS with all
applicable Policies and Procedures governing the care delivery model of Diaverum. Recommend to the 
governing body any required new or updated Policies and Procedures.

– Ensure compliance with infection control policies as well as quality and patient safety standards. 
– Proactively manage incidents and sentinel events through immediate Diaverum risk management tools as
well as reporting and resolution through incident reporting system.
– Action on patient feedback through all patient experience platforms including Diaverum and 937 MoH system
with the active work to close feedback loops, ensuring patients and their families feel heard and supported.
– Champion patient engagement by driving the adoption and utilization of patient digital platforms (e.g., d.Care
app) and closing feedback loops
– Ensure implementation of d.CAT audit preparedness, findings, follow-up on completing identified clinic
improvement plans.
– Ensure full implementation of the Diaverum Patient Care Evaluation, including Individual Patient Performance
Score (IPPS), Health-related Quality of Life (HrQoL), and Patient Perception of Care (PPC); this includes
reviewing results, developing action plans, engaging the care team, executing improvements, and monitoring
progress for continuous patient-centered care.
– Take full responsibility for the effective use and integration of Diaverum’s digital clinical systems, including
d.CARE, iRIMS, Treatment Guidance System (TGS), clinical dashboards (Power BI), and the Incident 
Management platform, ensuring they are embedded in daily operations to support clinical excellence and
operational performance.

 

Operational Excellence – efficient and reliable service
– Deliver reliable, safe care by maximizing uptime and infrastructure and facility readiness, aligned with our
standardized care approach and regulatory requirements including licensing compliance.
– Manage Prime Cost and its related elements as per budgeted needs per clinic and patient/treatment
– Oversee service level agreement as per contractual obligations – manage clinical, operational and manpower
requirements to mitigate through preventive actions and avoid possible unwarranted contractual and
financial implications (warnings and penalties)
– Maintain uptime of medical equipment; machines and water systems (RO units) including reporting
breakdowns swiftly as well mitigating possible risks and disruptions before they impact care.
– Manage supply chain coordination and reporting stock-related disruptions swiftly as well mitigating possible
risks before they impact care.
– Ensure clinic environment and look and feel, reflecting Diaverum’s care standards and brand guidelines 
including but not limited to cleanliness, layout, and patient-facing aesthetics, in line with audit readiness and
Brilliant Basics expectations. This include monitoring the condition of furniture, walls, signage, and initiating
corrective actions in coordination with Facility Management.
– Act as the primary contact for operational issues within the clinic, working closely with Facility Management, 
IT, and other support functions.
– Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all clinic reports, dashboards, and regulatory data,
including internal KPIs and Ministry of Health (MoH) reporting systems. This include timely response to MoH
of patient complaints or other government inquiries as a first line of contact, in coordination with the Cluster
leadership.
– Follow up on clinic licenses (MoH, Civil Defense, Municipality) and ensure timely renewals.
– Lead the implementation of contingency plans at the clinic level in collaboration with Cluster leadership.
– Timely closure of audit and inspection findings and maintain overall compliance readiness.

As Clinic Manager, you serve as the Responsible lead for clinic operations, acting as the local owner of key outcomes 
under the Brilliant Basics framework. Your role is defined by:

Responsible for the day-to-day execution of clinic performance across care delivery, patient volume, staff 
coordination, and audit readiness
– Accountable for meeting operational and financial KPIs, including treatment volumes, EBITDA, audit
completion, and MoH compliance
– Consulted on cluster-wide initiatives such as workforce planning, digital tool adoption, and incident trend
reviews
– Informed on escalated issues from clinical teams, patient voice feedback trends, and regional performance
benchmarking.

 

Qualifications:

 

Minimum Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Profession, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in clinical or healthcare operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
– Fluency in English (written and verbal); Arabic is an advantage.


Preferred Requirements :
– Master’s degree in Healthcare Management or Business Administration or a related field
– Experience in dialysis care, renal care, or chronic disease services
– Familiarity with Saudi health system stakeholders including Ministry of Health, Health Holding Company and
Saudi Central Board For Accreditation Of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI).
