We are looking for a Nurse (m/f) to join our Loures clinic.

• Monthly gross salary between €1,654 and €2,284, depending on professional experience;

Key responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care across the different clinical settings within the clinic;
• Ensure the implementation of quality and safety standards based on best clinical practice and evidence-based care;
• Accurately document nursing interventions in a timely manner;
• Promote patient and family empowerment, autonomy and adherence to treatment;
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families;
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training and professional development activities;
• Contribute to the organisation and management of the nursing team's workload and activities.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Nursing and a valid professional nursing licence;
• Experience in dialysis techniques is valued but not required;
• Fluency in Portuguese;
• English language skills will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of quality management systems will be valued;
• Strong communication, teamwork, initiative and critical thinking skills.
