At Diaverum, we're excited to offer an incredible opportunity for nurses to join our newly acquired Clifton dialysis clinic (Lytham St Annes, Lancashire). 🏥 As a renal nurse, you'll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships. 

 

As this is a new clinic for Diaverum please be advised that the clinic location will be relocating within the Blackpool area in approx. 12 months time. 

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.

• Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.

• Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.

• Reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients.

• Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.

 

 

Requirements:

• NMC Registered General Nurse.

• Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.

• Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.

• Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Part-time position (23 hours per week) - 2 long days.

• Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.

• Starting Salary of up to £35,067 pro rata, based on dialysis experience.

• Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours and paid breaks

Please note that clinical experience in a renal setting is preferred but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.  

You must be able to work clinically in a renal setting.
