Join our team at Diaverum as a Clinical Application Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to global users and fostering collaboration between the Service Desk (general IT support), the Digital Development team, and other stakeholders. You will ensure that all support activities adhere to Diaverum’s Quality Management System (QMS) and serve as the primary point of contact for clinical application support

About the role:
Reporting to the Software Development QA Manager, Digital Development, in this role, you will provide professional, high-quality support to global users of clinical applications. You will handle incidents, service requests, and user questions, ensuring timely, accurate, and user-friendly resolutions.
You will act as a bridge between clinical users, the Service Desk, and software development teams. You will gather, clarify, and relay relevant information, such as issue details, user feedback, and improvement suggestions.
You will perform initial investigations and analyses of incidents and problems, ensuring proper categorization, documentation, and escalation when needed. You will support root cause investigations by providing high-quality data to development teams.
You will maintain and update support documentation, troubleshooting guides, known issues, and user instructions, ensuring information is always accurate and accessible.
You will ensure that all support activities are carried out in accordance with Diaverum’s Quality Management System (QMS), regulatory requirements, and internal processes. You will communicate clearly, empathetically, and proactively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on issues, resolutions, and expectations.
You will identify recurring issues, user pain points, and opportunities to improve support quality, sharing insights and suggestions with the Support Lead and development teams.
You will participate in the full range of support process activities, including ticket monitoring, release testing support, user communication, and post-release follow-up.
About you:
The ideal candidate is committed, driven to achieve high performance, and oriented toward meeting targets, has a strong team focus and understands how his or her contributions affect the project as a whole.
Additionally is fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish, and additional languages are an advantage. Has experience in software development and is familiar with CE-marked applications, and is also experienced in using Jira and has more than three years of relevant professional experience.
