Responsibilities:

Providing nursing care in the different care contexts of the clinic

Intervene based on the best scientific evidence, ensuring the implementation of quality standards;
Document nursing interventions performed in a timely manner;
Promote patient autonomy, patient and family empowerment and treatment adherence;
Communicate effectively with the patient and family;
Participate in and promote actions aimed at articulating the different levels of health care;
Actively participate in continuous improvement processes within the scope of their sphere of professional intervention;
Register incidents;
To promote and participate in national or international research programs and projects;
Collaborate in the process of training and developing the skills of other professionals;
Participate in the management and organization of the work of the nursing team;
Solve care and organizational problems.
 
Requirements:

Degree in Nursing and valid professional card
With or without experience in dialysis techniques
Proficiency in the portuguese language

Knowledge of quality systems
Personal Skills: Initiative; Critical thinking; Decision making; Communication; Conflict management and teamwork
