Summer Intern – Maintenance
The Summer Internship in the Maintenance area aims to provide students with hands-on experience in technical support for electromedical equipment, essential for delivering healthcare services in the dialysis field.
The intern will have the opportunity to support the team in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, equipment refurbishment, and technical operations within clinics, contributing to the proper functioning of equipment and continuity of care.
Main Responsibilities
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on electromedical equipment used in dialysis;
- Assist in equipment maintenance, both in a workshop setting and within clinical treatment rooms;
- Support the refurbishment process of dialysis monitors and water treatment equipment;
- Contribute to the resolution of technical issues and equipment failures, under team supervision;
- Support the management of parts and materials, including:
- Assisting with procurement processes;
- Organizing and managing inventory/warehouse.
Requirements
- University student or technical course student in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar fields;
- Interest in technical areas and medical equipment;
- Basic maintenance knowledge (preferred).
