About the Role:

To manage the employee relations services and related personnel administration activities by ensuring effective handling of all staff service related issues,

delivering high quality HR services and high internal customer satisfaction.

Monitor smooth and accurate preparation of staff files, medical insurance, GOSI, leaves, travel, benefits processing, Letters etc. in accordance with established policies and procedures and Saudi Labor Law.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implements the HR plans in relation to the employee relation services department to ensure execution, alignment and integration of all inter-departmental strategies across Diaverum
  • Implements, monitors and makes recommendations on all policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls related to own work area so that all of the relevant procedural/legislative requirements are met and improved while delivering a quality service to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
  • Organizes and supervises the activities and work of a small team to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of the HRMS, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Ensures the timely and continuous update of employees’ personal files in HRMS, so as to enable the accurate management of employee data
  • Ensures that data related to leave, presence/absenteeism, sick leaves, expenses etc. is calculated and reported in an accurate and prompt manner
  • Manages and coordinates the mobilization of staff between clinics in consultation with HR director
  • Ensures the prompt and effective provisioning of employee services related to leaves, travel, insurance, GOSI, medical etc. in order to save employees’ time and cost to the company
  • Manages the analysis of all employee issues and continuously reviews the solutions implemented to ensure that more suitable one to enhance employee satisfaction and commitment is selected
  • Ensures the provision of accurate and prompt services to requested assistance and clarification by employees regarding employment HR policies and procedures etc.
  • Provides the required HRMS training and support to relevant HRMS users, to ensure that employees are familiar in using the HRMS
  • Ensures the compliance of all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude
  • Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet operational / business requirements, policies and standards

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 6 years relevant experience in HR services / personnel administration.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Computer literate.
