What we’re looking for: 

For our head office in Rome, we are looking for an intern to join and support the Operations Team.

Activities: 

  • Monthly stock controlling: monitoring purchases and consumption across regional profit centers
  • Monitoring and analysis of consumption costs
  • Regular coordination with head nurses and area managers
  • Ongoing maintenance and updating of management systems
  • Management of relationships with national and international suppliers: negotiations, procurement, contracts, and documentation
  • Management of clinic procurement processes
  • Continuous monitoring of the alignment process between supply management and warehouse accounting
  • Monthly reporting of revenues and services delivered
  • Management of relationships with Local Health Authorities (ASL) and related documentation processes
  • Document management and reporting related to transport reimbursements

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Economics or related fields is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Power BI
  • Experience with SCM systems is a plus
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and in a highly dynamic environment
