We are looking for a Country Nurse Manager, Southeast Asia, who is compassionate, dedicated and committed to join us in delivering quality care to patients and their care givers in our dialysis center. Job Brief

Plans, coordinates, directs and evaluates a clinical team operational activities and resource utilisation. Job scope involves overseeing at South East Asia clinics; managing nursing manpower, operating expenses and budgets; ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements; and managing the professional and personal development of staff. Provide guidance to nurse managers and other junior staff.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner and work seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute the integration project plan (Diaverum’s processes & systems) in a timely manner.
  • Manage the post-merger clinics strategy plans & execution, in partnership with Country Management and Diaverum’s Corporate medical team.
  • Ensure that the clinic management fully understands and follows Diaverum’s Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and develop skills to assure and teach future nurses as mentors.
  • Being accountable for collaborating with members of the health care team to design, implement, and measure safe, cost-effective, evidence-based care strategies.
  • Responsible for increasing the level of skills of the clinic staff by means of development and implementation of clinic based education programs.
  • Planning and coordinating an effective orientation and in-service program.
  • Ensure all clinics are able to deliver clinical care smoothly and with good outcomes.
  • Ensure that proper documentation is submitted when required to the appropriate regulatory agencies.
  • Provide oversight of the audit processes to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency in approach.
  • Ensure clinical teams’ compliance with all laws, regulations and practice guidelines that impact nursing practices.
  • Provide coaching and leadership including effective performance feedback to Clinical Team.
  • Participate as a member of management in development of strategic direction and ensure development of outcome programmes to support the direction.
  • Participate in the country’s operations review process and provide reports with analysis as requested.
  • Engages actively with Human Resources in the recruitment process for suitable candidates, and in performance reviews of teammates for various clinical positions.
  • Practicing in a manner that conforms the Code of Conduct of Ethics for Nurses and the Diaverum’s Code of Conduct

 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in nursing from an accredited university with at least 5 years in acute/outpatient care setting or related facility is necessary.
  • Experience in putting together project roadmaps and planning.
  • The ability to work independently in a face-paced environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to handle inevitable objections, inspire trust and generate project enthusiasm.
  • Able to commit to 50% of business travelling.
