We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Senior Executive to support and enhance our IT systems and infrastructure across multiple dialysis centers in Southeast Asia. Based in our Singapore headquarters, you will work as an individual contributor focusing on day-to-day IT operations, technical support, and system administration, helping ensure secure, compliant, and efficient technology services that directly support patient care.

 

The ideal candidate has solid technical skills, understands the importance of data privacy in healthcare, and is comfortable coordinating with local teams and external vendors across the region.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and administration of IT systems including servers, networks, workstations, and clinical applications across multiple countries.
  • Oversee implementation, maintenance, and user support of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and ensure seamless integration with dialysis machines and medical devices.
  • Ensure IT security policies and data privacy practices are consistently applied in line with Singapore’s PDPA and relevant local regulations in other Southeast Asian markets.
  • Monitor system performance, manage backups, and coordinate disaster recovery procedures to ensure high system availability.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, software licensing, and technical support.
  • Document IT configurations, workflows, and operational procedures to support business continuity.
  • Support clinical and administrative users by resolving technical issues, providing guidance, and conducting basic training sessions.
  • Participate in IT audits and contribute to ongoing improvement of IT governance and security frameworks.
  • Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and regional IT standardization initiatives aligned with business growth.

 

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in healthcare or a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of network administration, system support, and IT security best practices.
  • Experience with EMR systems, medical equipment integration, or healthcare IT solutions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PDPA compliance and familiarity with MOH IT requirements.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support non-technical users.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL Foundation) are an advantage.
