To strengthen our Human Resources team in Portugal, we are looking for an HR Administrative Officer to join our headquarters in Sintra.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Human Resources team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support across HR processes;
  • Supporting payroll preparation and administration;
  • Managing and maintaining HR databases and employee records;
  • Preparing and administering employment-related documentation;
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and statutory obligations;
  • Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities;
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries;
  • Maintaining employee personnel files and ensuring data accuracy;
  • Performing general administrative tasks to support the HR department.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (preferred);
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR administrative role;
  • Knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation;
  • Previous experience using Primavera ERP is considered an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Good command of Portuguese and English.
