Objective

 

To guarantee excellence in the Maintenance Management process, in terms of asset management and maintenance, generating operational efficiency by optimising the resources needed to guarantee a high level of availability of the company's assets.
 

Key Intervention Areas

 

Strategic:

- Developing the strategic asset management and maintenance model into concrete sectoral plans to be implemented in the company;

- Proactive agent and promoter of the TPM methodology and LEAN management;

- Providing skills development for the maintenance team and the rest of the organisation to implement TPM culture;

- Developing the asset management platform / CMMS implemented to support asset management and maintenance activities;

- Participating in the Capex and Budget budgeting process for maintenance;

- Proactive participation in the implementation of digital solutions to transform the maintenance management process;

Operational:

- Coordination of the maintenance team (internal and external);

- Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance plans;

- Ensuring the efficient and effective management of corrective maintenance events;

- Supervising daily maintenance performance through defined KPIs and defining measures to increase asset availability efficiently;

- Logistics management associated with replacement components - purchase, storage, distribution, stock management;

- Implementing and achieving continuous improvements in maintenance by developing procedures and problem-solving techniques;

- Applying TPM and LEAN management techniques on a daily basis;

- Developing maintenance standards for critical assets;

- Developing and implementing standard work techniques and efficiency tools

- Developing team skills through training and personal development programmes;

- Lead, inspire and motivate the maintenance team.

§ Ensuring that asset management and maintenance procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with Diaverum policy;
§ Ensure that processes and tools are in place to ensure that all employees are properly trained;
§ Provide guidance and support to clinic management and employees, and ensure that all maintenance-related problems are identified, corrected and continuous improvement measures are instigated;
 

Qualifications

 

Academic qualifications:

§ Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Industrial Automation, Industrial Management;

§ Postgraduate or further training in maintenance management / asset management / electromedical equipment;

Experience:

§ Professional experience in multinational companies, or professional experience in a diverse cultural context;
§ Experience in performing duties related to asset management / maintenance management;

§ Experience in health service companies and/or companies involved in the management of electromedical equipment is valued;

Languages:

§ Fluent in English (written and spoken)

§ Spanish and French valued

Information Technology

§ Asset management / maintenance management platform (CMMS) in a web environment;
§ General experience of using recognised ERP systems (SAP / SAGE / Infor LN / EPICOR Kinetic - preferred)
§ MS Office 365 from a user perspective (focus on Excel / Power Point)
