Summer Intern – Finance

The Summer Internship in the Finance area aims to provide students with hands-on experience in the financial processes of a healthcare organization, with a particular focus on the coordination between local teams and shared services (IBOF).

The intern will have the opportunity to support the team in operational financial activities, including reconciliations, invoice processing, issue resolution, and financial data management, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of processes.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the connection between IBOF (Shared Services) and the local team, guaranteeing a proper flow of information;
  • Support supplier reconciliations, ensuring the consistency of financial data;
  • Collaborate in resolving issues related to invoice postings, working with different stakeholders;
  • Support the management and updating of financial databases;
  • Provide support in administrative and operational finance tasks.

 

Requirements

  • University student in Management, Finance, Accounting, or similar fields;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting;
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Office tools;
  • Good level of English.
