Summer Intern – Human Resources
The Summer Internship in Human Resources aims to provide students with hands-on experience in people management, offering exposure to HR processes and practices.
The intern will support the HR team in administrative, technical, and operational activities, contributing to the smooth running of internal processes while gaining knowledge in recruitment, employee management, departmental analytics, and organizational development initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including drafting and publishing job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates;
- Provide administrative HR support, including updating and organizing employee records, maintaining and updating HR databases, and assisting in the preparation of HR documents and reports;
- Support development and employee engagement initiatives, including assisting in the organization of training sessions or internal activities, preparing internal communication materials, and contributing to onboarding initiatives;
- Support HR analytics and reporting, including collecting and organizing data for internal analysis and reports.
Requirements
- University student in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Management, Sociology, or similar fields;
- Basic knowledge of IT tools (M365, SharePoint, Power BI);
- Interest in people management and organizational development;
- Ability to organize and handle information.
