The Role

We are currently looking for a Nephrologist to join our clinics in Taranto and Grottaglie, Italy.

Salary: €37,000–€50,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience.

We also consider applications from professionals available to work as independent contractors.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Medical Director in the clinical management of patients.
  • Select the most appropriate dialysis modality and medical devices, tailoring treatment plans to each patient's clinical condition.
  • Prescribe appropriate therapies while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
  • Manage all medical situations arising during clinical practice and, when necessary, seek specialist consultation or arrange patient transfer to other healthcare facilities.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff during patient connection and disconnection procedures in the dialysis unit.
  • Review clinical reports and healthcare activities to ensure quality standards and compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform the medical assessments required for patient admission and complete all related clinical documentation.

 

Requirements

  • Medical Degree (MD) with specialization in Nephrology.
  • Registration with the relevant Medical Council/Medical Board.
  • Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
