Hemodialysis Nurse (m/f) - Torres Vedras

Responsibilities:
Providing nursing care in the clinic's different care contexts
Intervene on the basis of the best scientific evidence, guaranteeing the implementation of quality standards;
Documenting nursing interventions in a timely manner;
Promoting patient autonomy, patient and family empowerment and adherence to treatment;
Communicate effectively with the patient and family;
Participate in and promote actions aimed at articulating the different levels of healthcare;
Actively participate in continuous improvement processes within their sphere of professional intervention;
Record incidents;
Promote and participate in national or international research programmes and projects;
 

Requirements:
Degree in Nursing and valid professional licence
With or without experience in dialysis techniques
Proficiency in Portuguese and English
Knowledge of quality systems
Personal skills: Initiative; critical thinking; decision making
