Working in the Lake District offers more than just a career—it’s an opportunity to live and work in one of the UK’s most breathtaking regions. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Lake District is known for its stunning lakes, dramatic fells, and charming villages. Whether you're commuting through scenic landscapes or spending weekends hiking, kayaking, or exploring local culture, the region provides a peaceful yet invigorating backdrop that enhances wellbeing and work-life balance. It’s the perfect setting for professionals who value both career growth and quality of life. 💖

Our Culture

We operate purpose-built dialysis centres across the UK, designed to deliver outstanding care in a welcoming environment. Our True Care Culture is the foundation of everything we do—fostering openness, inclusivity, and support for both patients and staff. Through global wellbeing programmes and regular employee initiatives, we ensure our teams feel valued and cared for.

At our clinic, you won’t find managers tucked away on another floor — we work side by side with our teams. With dedicated clinic admins and nurses’ desks right at the heart of patient care, we’re set up to support both our staff and our patients every step of the way.
