ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the corporate team 🌍 you will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing activities, working closely with internal teams while maintaining a high level of autonomy. If you enjoy a role where you can directly influence results and take charge of digital growth initiatives , this is an exciting opportunity.

 

Reporting to the Global Marketing, Branding and Digital Channels Director, this role is based in any of the European countries in which we are operating and requires between 20% and 30% of traveling.

  • 💡Develop and implement a results-driven digital marketing strategy, covering SEO, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), website optimisation, content, and analytics.
  • 💰Manage and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • 🤝 Create and oversee content strategy, including social media, email marketing, and website updates, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • 🚀Optimise website performance (SEO, landing pages, CRO) and collaborate with developers as needed.
  • Analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and continuously refine strategies based on insights.
  • 🛠Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in healthcare marketing, AI-driven tools, and new digital innovations.
  • 📊Manage database and email marketing automation, improving customer engagement and lead nurturing.
  • 👥 Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.

 

ABOUT YOU

You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in healthcare, technology (such as Google, airlines, fintech, etc.), or another high-growth sector 📈💡, and you possess strong expertise in SEO, paid media, performance marketing, and data analytics 🔍📊. You have experience in content creation and brand positioning, with a clear understanding of audience engagement strategies 🎯, and you are proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and marketing automation tools 📊💻.

You have an analytical mindset, with the ability to track and interpret key metrics to improve campaign performance 🧠📈, and you are highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment 🗂. You possess excellent communication skills and work effectively across teams 🗣🤝, and you speak English professionally, with knowledge of other languages being a plus 🌍.

You have experience working in a multicultural environment, collaborating with colleagues, partners, and agencies from different countries and backgrounds 🌍🤝, and you are comfortable adapting marketing strategies to diverse markets, ensuring effective engagement with international audiences 🌐🎯.
