About the Role
We are looking for a Peritoneal Dialysis Development Manager to drive the growth of our Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) program in Poland.
This is a key role bridging clinical expertise with strategic business development, focused on expanding patient access to home-based renal therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a growth strategy for Peritoneal Dialysis (PD).
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, dialysis unit leads, and KOLs across the region.
- Strengthen cooperation with Primary Care (POZ) in identifying CKD patients and ensuring their timely referral to specialist care.
- Support clinics and healthcare professionals in implementing PD protocols, training, and education.
- Act as a liaison between medical teams, patients, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of PD programs.
- Monitor KPIs and report on program performance, identifying barriers and opportunities.
- Organize and lead educational events, workshops, and promotional activities related to PD.
- Collaborate with marketing, medical, and operational teams to ensure consistent communication and program support.
Requirements
- University degree in nursing, medical sciences, or related healthcare field.
- Solid professional experience in nephrology, dialysis (PD/HD), or chronic disease management.
- Ability to translate complex clinical data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and networking skills with healthcare professionals.
- Business mindset with focus on outcomes, patient needs, and growth opportunities.
