Join our dynamic team as a Senior International Project Manager, leading multiple international projects focusing on business administration, ERP, and digital transformation initiatives. You will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and controlling projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic direction. Responsibilities:
•Lead multiple international projects simultaneously
•Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
•Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project success
•Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
•Provide regular project progress and KPI reports to senior management
•Ensure all projects comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
•Lead, mentor, and guide project teams for effective collaboration and performance
•Requirements:
•degree(s) in Finance/Project Management/Business Administration/Information Systems
•6+ years of experience in finance/business administration including more than 3 years in project management for digitalization projects.
•Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines and changing priorities
•Great experience using project management/collaboration tools
•Strong competence in MS365 applications required
•Excellent English language skills
•Strong understanding of ERP systems
•Solution oriented team player mind-set
